i would love to see some phalanx available for point defense against missles, torps, and fighters
or full rock/ paper/ scissors with weapon types vs defense types
i feel like combat could be just a bit more in-depth... but not too much. something like endless space2.
@leonchervez yep. reduced weapons to add def. warhammer is already ridic armored

Brutus Aurelius i get that, but if you need to take 4-5 turns anyway... let's add a little depth. endless space is not long combat
