Any advice on this team build is welcome. My main question is what is a good offense combo for Fyona? Add ZS for holy buff or Reckoning?
I stumbled on a neat group that is really effective in Ep. 2. Kincaid is using Cfw for the - ap and curse. Tami is ToS lvl 8 for - 2ap and Bn for defense. KJ gives options for PfSh +Def, ChAsh curse, and either FB for boss killer or Imm for +critical curse. (I find it difficult to build Firebolt now that Imm has the +crit curse) At lvl 18 everyone can have AoE attack with a combined - 4 ap for heavy hitters. Late game you have Choking Ash & Holy Strickening that should let the group hit anything. Fyona will likely build SoC 10, HS 4, Reckoning 1, then I'm open for suggestions.
Any weaknesses I am missing other than ranged attackers can't be stripped of AP? Although there is a potential for a ton of additional armor and HP, but you can't build them all.
Main question: Fyona, ZS, Reckoning or both?

Probably my second favourite team. It is almost what I am building them as. Suggestions are assuming you are playing Nightmare:
Kincaid: if he is your main tank (I’m guessing he is as I don’t see anyone else with tanking talents) then he is going to need to CfW for some more defensive dice. If you are maxing exp then the end of episode 2 is extremely unforgiving. I usually have my Kincaid build Flanking Unity 8 then full defense and he still struggles. Putting the 6 points into his cursing attack and then straight defense should put you in a better spot than me. I highly recommend at least 1 point in Flanking Unity, 2 acc and 2 damage for every for 1 talent is a very good investment. Full tank accessories at the end of episode 2, starting episode 3 you should be able to go full offense or maybe 1 defense/offense hybrid item (crit and parry or parry and damage).
Kjartan: I LOVE Immolation. It makes him so killer on his own and pumps everyone else’s damage so high, especially on high priority targets. With Kincaid and Tamilin having 1 AP attacks, I often get 3-4 crits in a round, nothing lives through that. There is so much value to taking out full clumps of archers or that Spider Host before he can attack. I built ash with him before but I am evaluating the value of just keeping Ash at level 1. I cast it on high priority or hard to hit targets, it strips 2 strong and 2 weak dice from them which is usually enough to push me into the 90% hit range. Couple that with ToS dodge curse and I hit all the time. I always question the value of +armour and +resist buffs on a Kincaid. He gets hit so rarely and so their value is really diminished. That being said, who can argue with your Kincaid living with 5 health because of the buff. Typically I save these buffs till episode 3 after I have my core offensive talents maxed out. I like Burning Blades on Kjartan. The 6% crit seems small but coupled with the Immolation curse it’s 22% for everyone. Additionally, you get 36 fire damage (which also gets amplified when you crit) and it can turn all your characters into beasts that one shot lesser mobs and 2-3 shot tougher ones (and this also make +fire damage accessories VERY good on all characters).
Fyona: I have said many times on these forums that Strickening Fyona makes it so that I cannot even consider taking Kyera. It is just so powerful. If you have not tried it I think you will be shocked at just how effective it is. It also has amazing synergy with ToS. Everything (including shamans) melt after these 2 curses are applied. I max SoC then Strickening. I typically do Righteous Fervor after because I already do such heavy damage with the Strickening/ToS combo that I don’t feel maxing out another offensive talent is necessary. Consider the synergy of the 2 armor buffs from Fyona and Kjartan, it would make Kincaid very safe, not to mention off hits on other characters (except Kjartan, that guy dies if a spring breeze is directed at him) would not be that bad. If you want to go offensive, I think ZS for the buff with 1 point in Reckoning (which I always do, having the AP curse and the AE on Fyona is so valuable) is the most effective.
Tamilin: Looks like you have a solid build here. I can only tell you what I do with my Tamilin build. I do ToS 9 for the -2AP and the extra -2 resist curse on top of ToS 8. I do BN 2 for the little help with stealth and the MP. I used to do more but I found that maxing out stealth in the skills and using my talent for other stuff was more valuable. You don’t really need much throwing skill because of how many extra dice ToS gives and then when that is on, everything is down 9 strong dice to ranged attacks and your normal attacks will typically hit (she hits about 75% on Nightmare till episode 3 when I can start pumping Deadly Intuition and some throwing skill). The missing sucks, but I lose Ironman games to lost stealth rolls not missing curses. I like 4 points into Farsight, just to make sure nothing comes out of the shadows and hits Kjartan. I do 1 point into Silent Stalker for the opening round giggles (also -acc can be clutch against certain mobs). Deadly Intuition maxed with Immolation and Burning Blades means that Tamilin is at 49% crit before any items. With crafting you can get +7% typically with +60ish% crit damage. Items in episode 4 can realistically get her to 75% crit with some more crit damage thrown in there. Even before she gets her Legendary (I can’t wait for those!) she can do about insane damage (I have not gotten an end game group with Kjartan yet but with Vincent, so -22 crit, she can do about 2200 single target and has reach 13000 AE damage in a round). 1 ranged onslaught just for option of having AE at a longer range.

I agree with matrim on Fyona's Holy Strickening; I can use any other character, but can't not have Fyona now. Just used it with Vraes using a 1AP weapon and Juggernaut - ridiculous! Before then I'd gone KVFT - the magic damage debuffs of Fyona, Tamilin and Vincent along with Kincaid's Darting Steel and Heartbeats of Summer destroys everything.

Strickening is Fyonas signature talent. If you take her, you should have built Strickening up to 10 by the end of Act II and build the rest of the party around elemental damage. Tam and Kjartan as ranged area attackers should take some +all elements damage items and get buffed by Kjartan. Combine with ToS for even better elemental damage performance.
I usually go for Sure Parry 4 on Kincaid, then some points in Cunning Footwork for defense until FU is accessible, then FU 8, then CF 10, SP 7 with one point in Storm of Steel thrown in between for multi target damage potential, but I might forego that if I plan on using Crippling Strikes later. I also focus on Dodge and Evasion items to get his ranged defense up, but I would also Meteoric Shockwave 10 everything ranged with Kjartan in the party.
