This is probably something that will bother me far more than anyone else. So when the captain decides to refuel the ship, *everyone* must stay and watch the hose refuel the tank. "It will take half a day, for all of us. No you may not hang out at the spice bar and grab a bite to eat. No you may not treat your broken leg at the doctor! If one of us has to watch this thing fuel up, we ALL have to!" The work involved likely doesn't offset the gains in reduced awkwardness. That said, it would be swell if: When I fuel up my tank for half a day, that time is only counted against me if it is the only thing my people are doing. Similarly, if half the people are at the spice hall and the other half are at the doctor, that time should also move in parallel. A simpler fix to this would be to come up with a lore reason why everyone does everything together. I'll take that as a satisfactory runner-up.

As spacers have suspended their citizenship rights, the Captain must be present to represent their crew should anything happen, such as accusations of theft or or a spice hall brawl. At least that's my understanding if it.

The lore drives a lot of the mechanics in the game. The lore doc will eventually be made available to everyone and incorporated into the wiki.

I feel like it is pretty strong in their right now, but we will keep working to improve with every release!
It will never be perfect, it might be decent after a year of work. That's why we put it into Early Access.

We are working to get the lore book published, but in priority it is lower than the first round of fixes and major feature enhancements to the EA game.
