Agreed.Both CXP/turn and TXP/turn should be featured. First metric CXP/turn is important to see the impact of captain jobs/faction. TXP/turn is going to measure player performance/strategy(if no shenanigans). I'm still not that convinced that doing a run with XP as high/highest priority(I don't mean template here... I always go with Experience -E) is the best way to go.On most of my plays I tend to be on par or -1 lvl vs AI captains.

Does seem like it would be very easy for us to add these metrics to the game in a hover over your level.

Added my Spy/Pistoleer/CM captain. Been doing mainly the storyline missions, plus some side jobs in order to get access to Contacts with gear upgrades and specialists. Quite a bit of crew combat (although I have nothing else to compare to), some ship combat, a lot of trading. Demanding - Exp E - End Date 232.38 - 11785 Turns - Level 25 - 13549 XP I think that's one level per 0.88 years? Keeping in mind that Demanding difficulty gives +10% XP bonus, and Spy captains have 25% of double XP gain. At lower difficulty level, you also get shot up much less often/severely, so less time spent healing and repairing. Although I got nearly destroyed by Xeno a few times... My theory about Sweeney's good progress compared to your other captains is that being a pacifist character, less combat = less downtime to repair/heal. Does your Explorer run into many Getting Lost cards? By the way, you may want to incorporate into the Excel sheet the effects of the Captain Starter Pack, which I believe grants bonus starting XP when Exp priority is D or higher(?).
