Heroes of Steel Update #108: Shattered Leylines

Crafitng has become such an integral, exciting and vital part of the Heroes of Steel fabric, that we are pushing another release that increases the Bloodstones count across the early to mid game. With 11 new Bloodstones, we've canvased the maps in the first half of the game to ensure that there are Bloodstones to be found in the nooks and crannies.

We've also fixed an issue that was preventing the dialog that Laranda could offer about what you might find in the far southern ocean. Now added!

We've improved some of the balance in Episode 4 monsters, still working to perfect the Orcin.

The next major release will include the game's climactic ending and final dungeon. We're working toward this steadily, and in the mean time will continue to release updates with new content, added stuff and bug fixes.

I've updated to v4.5.9 (v4.5.7 never appeared as an option on play store) but when I go back to speak to Laranda there is still no dialog referring to this. I had previously had all the available conversations with her about the other topics, so now when I select any of the three initial options, the next screen is blank.

@drdave - sorry to hear the issue. I wish you could send in the saved game so I could diagnose. Perhaps you already had the conversation with her?

I had the same issue.

Also I still have a quest for Myshanna, although I let her live.
When I when back to freeport to clean it up, there was not dialog with her.

fallen I haven't had the conversation yet, I had completed that section prior to the v4.5.7 update. I had completed all of the other possible conversations with her prior to the update.

I don't know if I can send the saved game, I'm on an unrooted android tab and I can't get Helium to work on it (internal and cloud backups give an error and PC download gives backup.zip which only contains a .json file).

Is there any other way to access the saved games without rooting as I have a few apps that won't run on a rooted device?

@drdave - not easily, no. The helium files don't really help me that much.

I will just take another one of my test groups through and see what is up.

fallen I have managed to get Helium to work, so, even though the Helium files are no use to you, it means I can dig out my old tablet, root it, transfer the saved game to it then copy the files and send them to you. I won't get a chance to do anything until the weekend, but since I've completed all the available content in the affected game, there's no rush to fix it from my point of view.
Which files do you need and where should I send them?
