Crew Combat, Captain without action icons

In crew combat my captain lost all action icons except for move.

started a boarding with captain in position 4, he had icons for move, shoot pistol, and refocus.
He can't shoot from that position with a pistol, and has full health so I move him to position 3.

Next turn, my captain has lost both refocus and shoot pistol icons. (he can still move, but that is all I can, and MUST do)
So I move him to position 4



Next turn (3) My captain is back in position 4 and still unable to do anything other than move.





After combat was done, I boarded again using the same party and positioning to see if it would happen again, (and to kill the enemy captain with my captains own hands! assuming he can this time)

I was not able to reproduce the bug, this time after moving captain from position 4 to 3, he had all actions available as he should (move refocus shoot pistol).

gedsaro - thanks for the report. You use the verb "lost" -- did he have the abilities before on a turn in combat and now they are gone?

That is a wierd set to have missing, as you should always have Refocus and a Default Attack at least. Does he have other combat Talents normally?

Yes "lost" is intentional wording.
He is not actually made for combat so no, he does NOT normally have combat abilities outside the default anyone with a pistol should have.

He had all 3 mentioned available on the first turn of combat, then next turn, he only had move appear at all.


And an update, it just happened again, but with a different crew member this time.




It happned on the 2nd turn of combat again, only differences are its not the captain this time (it IS an officer with only default combat abilities) and they started in position 3.
First round they did a pistol shot which missed, now they can only move

Still trying to reproduce this. Never heard another report from another player, so trying to figure out what you might be doing oddly.

Did you go into status and try to change weapons, visual, talents?
