They are exclusive -- you can only have one or the other.
Wired Nerves III DV 55 rating 6 Y72000 adds +2d6 initiative and 1 AP
Chipped Reflexes: DV 80 rating 3 Y100000 adds +3d3 action points per rating
What is 'rating 6'?
and if you have tried both, which do you like better? I am trying Chipped Reflexes now. Before the initiative system worked, it didn't do anything, but maybe now it will be a better deal than Wired Nerves, which I have had, and which seemed most useful.

After a few batles -- yes, Chipped Reflexes are clearly superior. Indeed I think they are over-powered. Note: I have not been able to find a Chipped Reflex II, only I and III. Has anybody seen them? If so, where?

Chipped Reflexes II are sold by Mars in a store that does not exist inside the NBZ.

Hmm... Can you get there? It would make sense to have stuff that you need a complex way to get to, except if you can more easily find a better version of it!

I got chipped skills II from CA Medical Systems in Beacon Hill! Chipped Skills is so nice I generally go for the III version. But it was Chipped Reflexes II that I was looking for. Chipped Reflexes III is superior to Wired Nerves III, at least by my reckoning. But I think that wired nerves II (1d6 initiative and 1 AP) is better than chipped reflexes I (1 D3 AP, and Corey's Dx's start with 0) So I'd be very much interested in trying Chipped Reflexes II -- except that I cannot find any. Wired Nerves 2 can be found in the PalMed Center in Mars Corp, if you are looking for them. Grävling
