what could be the reason when an accepted mission doesn't show up in the mission list?

or is there a second step?

:thinking: @frib This is interesting. The mission should be in your log no matter what upon acceptance.

the mission involved moving two passengers somewhere and having them infiltrate a building, and the dialogue when they got on board was that my crew found them scary and they seemed like stone cold killers

At this time, it looks the captain took Zette's mission that was across the threshold. Therefore, all other missions by other competitive Faen characters were canceled.

Ooooooh.  That explains that.  We were having one helluva time trying to help this person figure this out.  Thank you very much for taking a look!

thx for the explanation fallen
maybe could make that more visible in the mission accept screen (this will cancel any existing mission with xxx contact) or the scrolling event log?
just a few thoughts :-)
