is there any way to further increase the game's UI scaling? I'm playing with 100% at 1080p but I find myself squinting a lot... I have a lot of trouble seeing some of the UI elements normally

Ah sorry, should have been more specific... playing on Windows through Steam. The 100% is referring to the in-game setting in the options menu called "Game Scaling" - essentially if this setting went beyond 100% that would be perfect for me, since everything in the game would just scale up to be bigger than now
Basically the icons on the main "map" representing systems could be a lot bigger... as they are now the little service icons around them, the faction flags, etc. are all just a little too small for me to view comfortably. It's possible, since I'm playing the game after all, I was just asking since the setting is already in the game if there was some way to scale it beyond 100%

ryndaris the game scaling is just the overall scaling. best for the devs to consider in the morning. I know they are dealing with scaling of text/banners/etc once they start the mobile port, I think that you input will be valuable to them
but currently the scaling is not with icons/flags sizing vs. rest of world
