Esteemed delegates, although Templar Command is satisfied with your colonization claims, we still have not set a research path plan. A new cycle will begin tomorrow, so I hope the factions will resolve the research plan soon. Here are a couple suggested plans: - Rushing the Space Colonization 4 technology as soon as possible, to build advanced colony ships that start with a Starport 3
- We could try to first build up our economies by researching Faction Politics 3 for Exchanges, then researching Space Colonization 2

While I do not have an exact course of action as how to achieve this goal (I seek the guidance of those more tactically minded than myself), I suggest we begin building a mighty military infrastutre! So that when others look upon us, they tremble in awe of our mighty armada and quake in fear at the thought of trying to assail our impenetrable planetary defenses!

Moklumnue votes for Faction Politics 3. Establishing exchanges as quickly as possible will help really jumpstart the economy for everyone. No economy...no way to fund any military.

As a hole digger I don't really care too much about research. I just want mines, a place to sleep, and some entertainment now and then. That being said, anything that would make setting up a new colony easier so more focus could go into mining I think is a wise idea.

We must form a strong financial base, so that our military is no encumbrance. To this end, we will support research which includes exchanges, and suggest that all colonies begin the construction of mines as soon as permissible.
Once we are making money, we must look again to the Stars, and begin claiming new systems for our empire, and so colonization efforts must begin in earnest. Colonization would be better done without researching new Starports at this time, but for each faction's third or fourth system we could seek improved colony modules.
