Maybe since so much is unknown with just the game maybe a link added to the forums or the manual from that title screen or that first pop up from your firstmate?

Eldreden - the tiltle page of the game includes a set of links to our social sites -- the forum, facebook, our blog, and Cory's twitter. Because we distribute on multiple markets, this may not be the case in any copy of the game you get. Similarly, we have to be careful (due to market restrictions) about links we put in the help file or in the game. Hope that helps.

I do see what is being suggested, however, it makes sense. The First Mate might even suggest that you can speak with other Captains in the Spice Hall or on the Player's forum.

Yes u can google the forums but by reading lot of reviews most that dont like the game dont get that far. But if there was a link as the first thing seen in the game those bad reviews would have a better understanding, thus have less bad reviews...
