Thanks. Very cool. How do you like the BlueStacks? Playing it with BlueStacks on the PC is much easier on the eyes, the displayed map area is HUGE, and mouse-clicks are a much easier way to get through the rumours. Fortunately you've priced it reasonably so I didn't have to worry about only buying the game for one device and not the other.

I am curious -- where did you buy the copy for BlueStacks? We only have our game available on Amazon and Google. Does BlueStacks support one of those markets?

RR III achieved - As a smuggler in an Aperio Caliga, did a few contracts, got to syndicate capital where there were 42 records, we were in a spy war with Rychardt and that got me more than enough reputation to make rank 9. Of course, cash was tight so the surplus of spice on Cadar was awesome as all I had to do was go back and forth a bit to get cash! Easy Peasy.

After doing RRII I wasn't in a big hurry to burn through a bunch of captains waiting for the stars to align perfectly so I could get RRIII. Reading this thread, however, convinced me that I needed to do it, regardless of the captains I would leave orphaned after time ran out on them. I got lucky though, captain Rapid Reno, flying the good ship Tempus Fugit (for the smuggler's hold and the apt name), managed to pull it off on his first try! Things started out badly though. I was playing as a Zealot for DV, but I've never seen DV Prime run out of contracts after one in the Palace and two in the Spice Hall. I did take a surveillance contract to Cadar UTF (a risky first job), pulled it off and then dead-headed it over to Synd Core. They had all the contracts that DV Prime was missing. I got one delivery to Cadar Prime (picked up a political officer there to make sure I wouldn't screw myself trading against DV) and three to Aro Prime all in the same trip. Went back to DV Prime only to discover they still had hardly any contracts and none heading the right direction. Dead-headed it to Synd Core again, wasting precious time, and picked up a few more contracts, on one of which I caught a rumor of a weapons surplus on, you guessed it, Syndicate Core. After three trips between there and DV Prime I was at 94 rep. Fortunately there were 2 records in the exchange to trade and I was flush with enough cash to buy all my rank in one shot. I sobered up from the post-promotion bash in 63.9AE with enough time to stroll leisurely to the Hall of Records and collect my RRIII. Edit: I should also add that part of my strategy was to not do any training as that takes up game time. So even though I had 50 some xp I hadn't spent any and was still at level 1. It might also be wise to avoid buying any upgrades, or unnecessary rank/permits with other factions as that takes up time as well. Attachments:

Wh00p! Wh00p!! Thanks for such an awesome thread guys. When I finally decided to go for them, they weren't all that hard (with a bit if luck) I just got RRII As the military officer on demanding when there was a Solar war between the Cadar and De Valtos. I spent more xp on Stealth and TacTics but I think got more rep from destroying enemy warships and such than I did from tye blockades. It got a bit tight towards the end, when I was running out of time and couldn't afford Promotions but a couple of well picked contracts, thanks to the discounts I just managed to squeeze it in. RRIII was even easier! (I chose to play on challenging as the Zealot I had just unlocked.) I was so lucky that an alliance had formed early between De Valtos and Steel Song, so when a surplus of Weapons appeared on Xeen Prime, I could just fill my Tempus Fugits hold and ship them over to Cydicate Core for profits and mega reputation gain. I found that selling a full hold will net you as much as selling one at a time. So I ran back and forth a few times a Voila!! Now I can track bounty hunter missions properly as a Zealot. Thanks again

I just did this two nights ago. Took maybe 6 tries but if you can stumble upon a fat stash of records, you're set. Just start as a javat explorer. If unlocked, use the (forgot it sorry) ship with the 25 fuel tank already installed. Level up explorer points only, right from the start. Go explore out favorite javat planet right to the left. Sell loot, buy records close by, sell back to javat. Explore again, sell, rank up. If you can't find records, just start over. It will happen eventually.

contributor - I was not aware that training or purchasing upgrades actually advanced the clock. You'd think that I would have noticed after all this time.

Yay! I got it! I got real lucky though.
Cadar Zealot, Picky Beggar, about a year in Cadar calls a solar war on Rychart. Good thing those silly hat wearing bastards were only like squares away. Parked my fanatical butt right on top of their fly zone.
I'm actually very impressed with how insanely strong the zealot is. He doesn't seem very good at completing blockade and surveilance missions though. First time spent the full 7 years on a spy contract on Thulun. Second game was a blockade mission against De Valtos thst ended up the same. Is the Zealot actually worse at contracts, or am I just not used to him? For the better part of my ST career I've always been a millitary captain. Occassionally explorer. I'm terrible with the orhers.

Man, I feel the odd sheep out. I had RRIII on my old phone, but never actually got it for the new phone. So many other things to unlock after all. Now I'm in the middle of the "challenge", so don't have time to unlock.

I thought once that I noticed it adding time for training, but when I've paid attention now it doesn't seem to. So either something changed or I was confused. I'll try and pay more attention to it though.
