what you described, essentially. it would be another character without a story but that started with a Faction, positive rep, 2 job comp, etc. kills the "crawl up from street" but it would be something different for elite players

I would find this very useful, especially when playing brutal. My completely brand new brutal characters don't have a long life expectancy.
