I have a question. Does "all ships" mean the unlockable-through-rewards ships as well? I havent completed any crazy level chalenges yet, but doing so eventually is a big goal for me. I cant wait to see, say, ships of honor, but not till I unlock it.

Forget 200 ships, here's 302 for sale. Syndicate capital and major surge in trading rumor.

WOW! I'm wondering if perks like that are still only some levels. I still haven't found a star dock with more than 40 some odd ships for sale. And they are all still the same models available everywhere in the galaxy. I still haven't run across the "elite" type ships mentioned. I am shooting around in one of the new Longsail Cutters. It doesn't offer the armor, guns, hull or holds as my last ship. But it is soo purty I just couldn't resist. I'm playing all three syndicates, so unless they are only for sale in clan ports, I should have run into something by now.

What are the "elite" ships you are referring to?

The Ships of Honor are for sale in the Military Base, not the Star Port.

The Ships of Honor are for sale in the Military Base, not the Star Port. I am military ranked in each syndicate with rep in the thousands and haven't run into one yet which begs the question, are they available on all levels.

Of course they are! Once you earn the achievement... I think ships of honor are great house ships, not syndicate ships.

And BTW there are much better ships around than those.
Try: Obliterator Cruiser, Omega Cruiser, Inquisition Cruiser, Obliterator Carrier, Dreadnought MK2, Dragon Cruiser, Carnifex Cruiser, Callidus Cruiser, Resilient Cruiser... Those are regular Star Dock ships, rare and great.
I think that the Ships of Honor and Pride Ships are meant for the players as a way how to get decent ship early in the game. Because obviously the players who unlock them are dying sometimes. It is a help how to get starting over easier and more pleasant.

I assumed they offered more than those you list. I've have both a Dreadnought and a Resilient Cruiser in Dry Dock while I'm currently flying around in a Longsail Cutter. I was hoping to find a ship with the speed, armor, hull, sails etc of the cutter with 150-200 holds. I did spot one Cruiser last night that had 220 holds but weak hull and armor so I didn't pick it up. I also thought "fast" translated to getting around quicker and realize now it at least appears to refer to movement in battle or attempting to be stealth. I hate just blowing up holds of goods because I'm already full and don't have time to unload more. I guess I can take less contracts at a time. LOL

There are lots of different ship lists posted. There is one on the blog as well: tresebrothers.blogspot.com/In the current version all can be found for sale, so I think it might be easier to review the data that way than trying to compare them while shopping.
