Im in Boston Core, south of and near Motel 10.
The Motel 10 building is 2 rectangles, the western-most one being one square shorter on the y axis than the eastern-most rectangle. This means there are 3 squares of floor at the bottom of the west building which, had they been building, would turn the whole thing into one large rectangles. Call these squares A, B, and C, labelled from the west to the east.
The game thinks that A and B, but not C are part of a building. (I think 2 of them at any rate). It doesn't shade them red as a place where you can shoot your gun. And you cannot shoot through these areas either, you get line of sight blocked (which is why I think that its A and B that are wrong but C is ok).
Walking on the squares is ok.

This bug is still there. Now the problem is that you cannot walk in the squares 1 south and 2 and 3 squares east of the doorway to motel 10. 1 s 1 e and 1s 4 e are properly walkable.
But you cannot shoot through those squares, either, or punch into them with a glove.
Monsters can move onto these squares without any trouble and punch you, however.

grävling - I have checked the map file and cleaned up some tiles that were floating in the wrong layers. I hope this will help, and the fix is in the next release.

I've found another place where I suspect one square is in the wrong layer. It's in Boston Core, near the Brave Star Corporate Offices.
If you are in a battle, or if you are in the normal neighbourhood walk around screen, you can walk on the 5 squares to the south and west of the building, including the square that contains the south west corner of the building. You can also walk on 4 of the 5 squares to the south and east of the building. But the tile that has the south east corner of the building can not be walked on.
