I'm surprised that this (and my officers' talents being chosen last) only seem to affect me.
I can reproduce both bugs 100% of the time.

Just for proof that my officer engineer is taken last as always. Also, despite having more than 30 repair, she doesn't even repair the base 10% (that'd be 40/400) The bomber had taken 144 damage in the combat. fallen

I think this is still in. I have six wing techs with different repair levels over two captains and they all repair min(10%, total damage)

I could give you some screenshots but they would look like the one already posted in this thread: To recap - seems that the repaired amount is fixed at 10% of max hull points contrary to the description which suggests it should be between 1 and 10+repair percent.

rndmlttrs - sorry, wasn't trying to be dense, I just didn't understand from the notation if this was something different or the same reported bug. Ok, bumped up in priority list to take another look at it.

This bug is still around: As you can see the 520 Hull ship Trifex Assault is only repaired by 51 hull. That's even less than the 10% it would be at 0 repair (10% + repair should be the formula). My guess is repair got some "-0.01" multiplier somewhere and now is substracted in part rather than added in full.

Potentially interesting information: The one crew that repairs more than 10% repair is stuck at repairing 16% (83 hull of an interceptor).
Even though her repair has increased in the meantime, the amount repaired did not change.
