Also, there is a bug that some of the time when you talk to her, there is a cut to the woman in white with the large gold ear rings, saying 'Take drugs. Lots of drugs'. which doesn't fit
The woman seems to be Sarah Scott the Yakashima Persona-Fix and this is her answer to the question about 'advice on how to manager runners' which she doesn't have. Mercy Mary has that question, as a conversational choice sometimes, but no runners. And her answers are all about Mars Corp being unstoppable, which makes sense. But Sarah Scott has those answers as well, which aren't useful to her, so I opened a second bug report on her.
