It would be really helpful in a lot of situations if there could be a tab that just lists all the available talents in your ship's skill pool all in one place.
One example use: You could just look at the talent list and see how many more Efficient Route talents you have left in the pool in case you may want to wait a bit to jump to the next sector.

Seems to be missing some though, like Generous in Service and some of the "on victory" talents in my case.

I particularly would like to see Generous in Service (edit: and Listening Post), because I like to try to use those in a targeted manner, so that would be nice. Also, the on-victory talents, particularly Magnanimous Victory would be useful to have available. And talents that mitigate reputation loss in missions when using a particular skill. I think those are the main ones I've been struggling with still in the last day of playing."
Edit 2: just remembered another one: Unauthorized Access in particular, but boarding talents as a whole would be nice.

There has been some discussion that it might be worth considering a stand-alone Combat Talents page to compliment the Talent Manifest.

Considering the depth of what you might want to see for combat, its likely a separate tab is best. Also, this will make it easy to embed in Ship Encounter screen where you really need it most.
