So I know there have been some changes recently to attribute bonus at recruitment at certain levels. My question is if I am using a talent that gets me better (best?) attributes does that mean attribute bonus is the high end of attributes for that level or does talent always get highest possible bonus? Example: recruit with talent boost a lvl 12 crew member. Would it be the same as recruiting a lvl 26? Or does the talent just get best possible results for lvl 12? Hopefully im making sense. Thanks.
