The base respec cost for any custom difficulty is 2,500 credits, even if all difficulty markers are set to meet or exceed Impossible's settings. Ideally it should be it's own setting but even if not, you could have it tracked like achievement qualification: if all metrics are on Hard, use Hard's respec cost. Or leave it alone. I don't really care that much.
