Shrapnel Shell: In crew combat, Crippling Rifle Attack with +25% Ranged Damage, -25% Armor Piercing, +20% Critical; successful hit causes +22 Bleeding, -20% Parry for 3 Turns
Usable from pos 1 and 2 and versus pos 1 and 2. Rank 11
I think to encourage a strong synergy with offensive blades users (not the main use of blades in the meta right now), we might need to bump the parry debuff to -25%. If this came at the expense of, say, 2 points of bleeding, that'd probably be fine. It's an odd synergy to begin with as you can't reliably run two blades users if you're relying on this talent (and likely a snubber). So to really sweeten the deal for that blades followup, we might need to make that parry penalty a little heavier. Thoughts?

Cool concept, will take a look at the tables. Blade synergy is a big part of the goal here, so I could see leaning into that more.

This talent is very powerful already imo.If the Xeno will have access to a similar talent(with -25% Parry as proposed) I would be a bit concerned. The bleeding component is just an extra minor bonus for me -- main strengths being +accuracy +sweet debuff parry + crit But it's good to see drspendlove suggesting buffs for a change doesn't happen very often(I came back rechecking forums with CKF KS launch so I not 100% caught up).
