For +2 Initiative Dusk striker is giving up 2-4% on both soaking amounts which is fine, but a whopping 30% Deflection and 4 potential Stealth Dodge. It is also very slightly cheaper than the Graydusk suit. I argue that while an initiative bonus is cool, it isn't worth the massive tradeoffs involved here, even for an 600 credit savings.

I propose Dusk Striker be buffed to have the same Ballistic Damage soak as Graydusk (18-36%), +5% Deflection (to 95%) and +1 Stealth dodge. That would leave it at:

18-36% Ballistic Soak, 16-32% Melee Soak, 95% Deflection, 9 Stealth Dodge, +2 Initiative.

I think this leaves it more competitive without crowding out other armors' uses.

Armor that adds Initiative is at a premium, it is a choice you'd make if you're working to build that 40 Init character.
