Bug? With Entropic Estimate

The talent Entropic Estimate sometimes shows "no time" left multiple times in a row. I don't know whether this is intended, as it's only an estimate after all or a bug.
In this particular case, I've had that result 3 times in a row and am still running that salvage.
I only have one crew member with that talent. That means it's about one year longer than "estimated" already.

We can try to improve that message, but you're looking at a Rumor that is about to expire.

It's not about the message itself.

I could salvage for one year after I had gotten the first "the rumor will last no time" message.
That seems a tiny bit long for "about to end".

Yes, there is no hard ending, so yes it can last another year but it could also end the next turn.
