Prime Pilgrimage - Threatening Debate - Wrong Faction

Running the Prime Pilgrimage for Calagan gives me the option to use Threatening Debate. This risks lowering reputation with Cadar Syndicate, which should most likely be Steel Song instead. See attached image.

So this is a debate with Cadar friendly folks. If you try to make your view clear via threats, other members of Cadar will not take it lightly. That said, it should be worded as "but will also decrease the reputation gained with Cadar Syndicate."
