I put gear on 5 crew, the last being a combat medic with undiscovered device freak skill. When i added gear to the 6th crew the "change" button under device is grayed out and not available anymore for all 6 crew. Still available on the officers. Combat medic crew with device freak had unknown talents when equipped. But when crew #6 was equipped and I seen the change button gray out, i checked all the crews and the combat medic had no unknown talents. It had 3 unknown when i equipped it. Dunno if that is relevant.
