It says, under AP:
* certain combat drugs increase your AP point pool during combat
* if your mental health rating is at 10, you gain an additional D3 of action points each round
* if your mental health rating is above 9, you gain an additional D2 of action points each round
I find this wording confusing. The first confusion that needs clearing up is that in CK, D2 means (0-1) not (1-2) as most people would expect. So either mention that explicitly or say (D2 -1).
Next -- do you get more AP for being 'stimmed up' as oppposed to just having more than normal MP? I don't think so. If you do, then that needs to be mentioned precisely. If it is just that your MP goes over the human normal 8, then the line needs to be removed, because it leaves one with the impression that getting stimmed up but at MP 6 will help you with AP. (Of course if you were so badly injured that you can be stimmed up and at 6, then using the stims was a good idea for pure-survivability reasons, but that's a different story).
Finally, there is no bonus for being exactly at 10 MP, you get extra if you are over 10 as well. The way that this is written makes it seem as if stims stop working at 10, but you can jack your mental points up to whatever you want. And I think there is a benefit in moving from 10 to 15 -- if there isn't I have been wasting a lot of money keeping me up there despite dog bites and roof leaks.
So I think you want to say -- if over 9, you get +D2 AP, if over 10 you get +D3 and if over 12 (or whereever it is) you get +D4. Rember that CK Dice start with '0' not '1' so +DX can always mean +0.
(Should save on people asking where their AP went)
