I don't know how to link a screen shot on here.

If I choose show all talents on my Captain and look at diplomat only see level 1's and winning compromise is a level 1 as well, should be level 5.

Yep, just get the latest update! Foxed om 3.0.113, that's two updates old already fixed lol
