Arbiter mission not appearing (again)

I abandonned the mission for a prince in the Arbiter story part.
Now I want to advance that part again.

If I visit the arbiter, shes tells me to finish the mission for the third prince.

When I visit said prince (whose mission I abandonned years ago because I was absolutely not able to complete it in time), he seems convinced that I'm working for him.
So this part of the story is stuck.

Tell me how to send a zip file containing screeshots and a saved file.

@yves - you can email the zip file of your saved game to [e-mail]

That would definitely be the fastest way to resolution.

Otherwise, you can link a screenshot here by posting in the URL and wrapping it with [ img ] tag. We don't support image upload directly to the forum, so you've got to post it elsewhere (Steam, imugr, etc).

If you can't send the saved game, then I'll start asking questions about "what's the Prince's name?" etc

The story advanced, and the same problem subsides : still unable to talk to that prince unless I hunt down the Hunna prites, whom I don't even know where to find (and most likely they wouldn't should anyway since I have no mission).
