Hello my name is Guilherme I have a J5 prime device I recently bought your game and went to play after a while the game crashed and the graphic textures became black and distorted I even took prints but I don't know where to send it to you if you can help me I wanted to report this bug to you fix it and I have fun again. The version I'm playing is "3.1.57".

The version I'm playing is "3.1.57". Character:Spy Difficulty:basic Sorry to hear it. Graphic textures all go black when a device has exceeded its allowed memory footprint. This likely suggests your device cannot support the game in regular play. I would suggest a refund. |

The J5 Prime is as grunty, if not gruntier than the original HTC device I used and the Galaxy S4 that I played ST RPG on for years.
In the game options, try disable Menu Background, disable Map Background, enable Full Screen Game and if stil no joy, disable Enable Transparency
Also, check any other games or programs that are running in the background. You've only got 2GB of RAM available, and some background apps chew that up very quickly.
