Last night I was a playing, and after a while, every time I was in the quadrant map, there was a large overlay near the bottom describing fuel tanks (probably from somewhere in the Upgrade dialog), partially obscuring the Star Atlas and Galactic Map buttons. It would disappear every time I went to another screen, and come back when I came back to the map. There was no way to get rid of it by clicking on it or whatnot. When I came back to the game and re-loaded that captain, the overlay was finally gone.
In the "Achievements" screen, only achievements that are also unlocks are being registered (at least, playing on the PC version as I am right now).
In the Black Market, once you've succeeded in getting an Access card, you the button you press below the card game, in order to enter the market, says "Repeat". It seems like this should say "Enter" or "Buy/Sell" or something, analogous, for example, to the "Fight" button you get when completing an Explore mission step that results in combat. I think I may have reported this once, a long time ago, so my apologies if I'm mentioning it again.

Hmm...the Awards seem to be working now. I still have a bunch I didn't earn when I should have (including at least one where I've earned the exactly equivalent unlock), but I'm getting new ones.

If you're going to post stuff like this PLEASE post some details. <3 <3 <3 - Screenshot - What platform (Steam, Android, iOS) - What OS (Win10, Mac, Linux, Android7, iOS10) - What STF Build (v3.1.83) We've got literally thousands of people playing the game every day and when there is a graphical bug I will generally get 100+ emails about it. I've never heard of "a large overlay near the bottom describing fuel tanks" from anyone, so I really need help from you to understand what you are posting about. I have absolutely no information beyond what you are willing to share. If there is a rendering bug (I'm guessing, need more details) it must be very rare, or you have a super unique setup. Either way, for me to have any chance of turning this post into a fix I will need way more info. Sorry for the negative experience! Bums me out that you seem to have nothing but problems with the game, I hope you are able to enjoy playing it.

It's happened twice more since then. I'll take a screenshot when it happens again, but really there's not a lot else I can tell you, or I would have in the first post. I will tell you I'm on Windows 10, using a laptop (hence proprietary--it's an HP Omen 15 2020) Nvidia GPU.
I'm very much enjoying the game--I'm just observant when it comes to bugs. Right now, though, I'm only going to do unlocking runs, rather than "real" ones, until Life Saver for ship combat is fixed--I'm losing too many crew I shouldn't be losing.

"Life Saver for ship combat is fixed" I doubt we'll be making any balance changes to the mechanics of Live Saver. If you send in saved games, I might be able to offer a better explanation. Sorry

I think you missed this thread: startradersrpg.proboards.com/thread/20799/issues-deaths-ship-combatAs far as I can tell, Life Saver is flat-out not working in ship combat. It triggers, but has no effect. Since I noticed the issue, I've had it trigger three times, and all three times, the "saved" crew died anyway--and at least two of these were short combats, so it's hard to believe the same crew member "died" twice all three times. I know it used to work, but it doesn't seem to now.

I saw it -- I just posted one theory on it. I was hoping someone else would post an explanation, maybe on Discord. Sorry for the crew losses <3

Well, that was frustrating.
Now, the "Fuel Tanks" description is coming up, briefly, whenever I move my mouse to the bottom of the screen (though not in absolutely every place along the bottom), with its location depending on where I have the mouse.
I keep trying to take a screenshot, but every time I hit a print screen key combo, the overlay disappears.

Oh yeah we'd be getting tons of emails about that one for sure.
Anything that thwarts bug reporting usually gets the angry emails lol
Can you email me your system info output, I can try to rent a machine with your hardware spec

It is not worth your renting a machine to deal with a minor bug that affects only me.

OK, I just realized that the "Fuel Tanks" overlay is (properly) coming up when I put the mouse over the range info at the bottom of the screen. The question is why it got stuck (and to the right of the normal location) in those earlier games.

Just noticed one more thing: I had a case today where the pop-up got stuck on the screen, but I was able to dismiss it by clicking on the range stats. Not sure if that would have worked in the earlier cases (and in those cases, the pop-op was more to the right).
