Ok, i'm not too sure if this is a bug or not, but i just want to be sure: why is it that when i enter a contract-giving place, the jobs don't change when i choose to decline them?

james123 - there has been a long discussion on this already on the forum. The Connector has a current top priority job. If you don't want it, then he isn't giving you other work at this time. We are currently reviewing a proposal that a Connector would keep a small pool of top priority jobs, or let you cycle through a few, but always exhaust his options pretty quickly. @bsg - this is the CK board.

fallen Awwwwww, that's too bad. I was hoping for some delivery mission from the loyola law academy, but they were only giving assasination mission that my inexperienced ck couldn't do...

Hahaha BSG - you're like me and just checks the "New Topics" option at the top of the forum page. IT worked really well when there was only ST, now I have to look a little harder before I do a quick response  |

james123 - one of the big deciding factors in your success as a CK will be to work with the right Connector and to stay within your skill level. Don't go for assassinate jobs, and if that is all they are handing out (blood-thirsty AzTek!) then find another place until you can handle it

Stay in the gang areas until you are strong enough to move to the security companies and then after that, into the corp zones.

then could there be gang connectors who would give a 1000+ nu¥en contracts? Gangs are lowlifes. Gangs are not multi-trillion-nuyen operations. If you want the big money, you need to go to the people who have the money, and accept the kind of jobs they will pay big money for, and take the risks that entails. You do have an option, if a connector is offering a job you don't really want. You can accept the job, then cancel the job, and see if the connector has a job more to your liking. Of course, each time you cancel a job, you will annoy that faction. |
