I'm wondering if I'm missing something here. Like maybe I don't get the mini-game? Except whenever I get to the connect stage, every terminal I try, regardless of where it is, always seem to give me a DT*T Mars login and I have a huge bunch of Mars paydata.
What am I missing here to get the paydata of other groups?

Crikey! I finally found someone to buy my big lot of mars data! I got 2k for it but Mars don't like me so much now. Kinda -42 don't like me. Lucky I have a connector in my PDA for them. I sure don't wanna walk around in mars territory now and hope I can get rep with them back nearer 0.

It's a small problem. Just sell paydata to them and you'll be fine... except the faction whose paydata you sold. Which can be rectified by selling paydata to them... except the faction whose paydata you sold. It's like a daisy-chain of hate.

Lol, daisy chain of hate. I've got a couple of gangers in my posse. They're starting to cost over a k pop now! Still, hard is hard I guess. Would love to kill some corpies but still running away from them when I get jumped. Can't wait to see the full hacking system. I'll have to re-read Count Zero for an eighties imagining of what hacking will be like in the future. I remember thinking Gibson's written description reminded me of a really old computer game cut-scene, lol.

boudreaux27514Mars hates me because of all the assassinations I've done in behalf of Aztech. I'm hitting -100 now so running in Mars territory is kinda brutal for my health. largepieceMy runners cost 2k now after training them and equipping them with Hades Armor and assorted weaponry. I'm still thinking if I want to cyber em up but it may cost me more to pay for their services

when you get hack access to the terminal.keep tapping "hack net" to scrill thru the different pipes.hope this helps.ツ

nemesis - the cost of a runner is based mostly on their XP. Adding additional cyber should not make the cost go up that much

I'm trying to compute the cost and it is huge  largepieceWhen you hack in the terminal, skip DT*T because that is the default Mars link and New Boston Exchange because that links you to Aztek. Always pick the 2nd and 3rd option when you hack net unless you really want to steal Mars and Aztek paydata. Hope this helps ;D
