I found her as a random v-chip contact when I decided to confront three people intent to reach me.
Her picture art is also unique:
Short brunette hair covering half the side of her face. Mouth slightly open and she has green eyes. All you see is her face and her neck.

I have found her too. But i think that her vchip apear in my inventory after finishing Eye's ladder

Ahhhhh... maybe that is why Bad-Eye's ladder is being reported to be broken, because she is giving out Khan's V-Chip! That is bad ha ha ha. Sorry, Khan will never interact with you, because you are a not a special story character. She is a unique NPC for the story-mode that is in-construction.
Somehow, she got out of the work shop!

nemesis - the current release fixes Kass Bad-Eye's ladder gifts (sorry you went through it once when it was a total dud!). Kinsley will never talk to you, but I hope that can transfer to excitement that she is one of the custom NPCs currently in construction for our first story mode.

fallenI love the artwork. If all the contacts are done the same way, the story mode is gonna be awesome ;D Will I get the gift still even if went through it and nothing happened?

nemesis - the new release should fix Kass Bad-Eye's gifts. I am constantly trying to up-the-game with the artwork, but unfortunately that means that mostly _new_ artwork is better, and not that I have time to go back and redo all the previously done work. Now and again, i start a retro project where I redo stuff.
