I've talked to the lady once, and she was going to wire me some small amount of money. Instead my inventory has a kit in it that makes a Flak jacket. I will keep you posted.

Hmmm, i just checked them all over for this release. Your report sounds like they are all shifted down by one. The first gift is the Flak Jacket, the second is the 1000 credits.

No, the first is some smaller amount of money she gives you as an incentive when she has her first conversation with you. So things are shifted up by one.

Hmm, a different character, and the first conversation, she slots me 100 credits. I don't have a flak jacket package. The only difference I can see between these characters is that my first had significant rep with Los V before talking to Kass. This one had a rep of 3.
I will experiment.

Well, that first character did more work for Los V, and next Kass wants to send him 1000Y. So maybe I double tapped and missed a screen when we first talked or something. Sorry for the false alarm.
