Is it always good to try to negotiate price from job to be higher?
It would be logical, if initial offer is accepted without haggling the price up. It should give more Reputation.

No - in fact not haggling at all could even lower your reputation IRL ... If you don't haggle - it means that you are a pushover. Hey, this chummer will do the job for peanuts. If he's so desperate, maybe he's no good. Haggling on the other hand ... Hmm, he knows what he wants and doesn't accept shit pay. I grudgingly respect that - if he pulls off the job like he says he will, I'll know if he's putting his money where his mouth is. Oh oh .. and belated Welcome to the Forum Fjin

Welcome to the forum.
Whether you should haggle or not, in real life, is very much based on whether you think the offer you were given was the final word in the subject. I live in Sweden. If you haggle here, the people making the offer could very well feel insulted, and they would very much feel confused, because haggling isn't done here.
But I recently travelled to Istanbul. There if you *don't* haggle then people will feel insulted. Either you are giving them charity -- or don't think they are human enough to go through the social niceties of having tea, and maybe a snack, and discussing the weather, and making a bid, and then more tea and so on and so forth. The idea of rushing to make a sale is considered extremely rude.
I think that the NBZ is a haggling place. And taking the offered price? I can see it either helping or hurting your rep. Perhaps differently depending on the faction involved! :-)
Thank you for the interesting thought, and again welcome to the forums.

Ah ... haggling with an assault rifle certainly helps reduce the insult factor you're right though Gravling ... it would be cool to have the RP impact vary by faction. Some factions expect to haggle - others think it's an affront.

Haggling does make you appear knowlegable about the difficulty of the jobs that they offer. Saying yes right away does make it appear that you're desperate for money and will probably be a good meat puppet until the real team comes to do the mission Welcome to the forums, fjin ;D

Connector : "explain this job" Payment would be 1.8k
Me : "you break my ball"
Connector : "umm.... 2k.
Me: "Deal!"

Welcome. We are working on improving the negotiation system so that more factors are included.
