Become a cyberzombie (I had 200+ DV), then remove the implants lowering DV to 0: still have no XP from almost all encounters

Being Exhausted or massively outmatching your opponents can also drive down XP gain.
Exhaustion is the most likely cause.

True, but in this case a message about the reason (being exhausted) is displayed. Yet it was not. Will try to reproduce this bag as soon as i collect enough money

Good luck -- I reviewed the code and unless something really strange is going on with your device it will work 100% of the time.

I had about 180 DV, now I have 10 and almost all action gives exp so for me it works ok. i used nerves, dermal, thermal vision, +perception, blades and 3d3ap (strange but cant remember its name now :/) maybe some other implants are bugged?

Doubtful, they all use the same 2 lines of code. The roll has a maximum based on difficulty. I think it is 98.5% on Basic and drops to something lower on higher difficulty levels. Any DV, even 0, there is a chance the XP point won't be granted. It is the Android random number generator which is pseudo-random.
