I noticed a strange thing: The first time my MP goes down by any amount, I cannot help getting them back to max level... It's like I permanently lost one point of MP... Is that a bug?

Rivvin - there are ways (drugs mostly) to get your MP back above 8. 8 is the natural maximum however, so if you visitor a doctor or a hotel, this is what you should expect.
