Hi,
First of all great game I really enjoy it!
Second, I have just upgraded to the Elite version so I could access runners. Unfortunately I have not had much luck with them and have two bugs:
1) The 3 runners I had are deceased but I can’t hire a thug from Los V as they tell me I look protected enough?
2) Also the 3 deceased runners still show up on the team screen. Is this on purpose or I can delete their details?

forkbeard - we have created CK-320 for the bug about the Los V thugs counting dead runners. All deceased runners show up at the bottom of your Runners list. The live ones should always be at the top. If you are having a hard time with runners, I always focus on 2 things -- buy them a nice suit of armor, get them some nice defensive cyberware, and train them in the gang zone. Get them 30-60 XP before you start really taking them out to the harder jobs.

Welcome to the forums.
There are 2 sort of things in this game you can hire, henchmen and runners, though whether anybody bothers with henchmen now that we have runners is a good question. At the ganger HQ what you can hire are henchmen to protect your back.
To get a runner you need to visit a VIP room of a faction you are popular with, so for
Los V, Tuckmore's is one place, and for the Fennians the Wet Bar is one ... Different factions, though not different VIP rooms of the same faction, offer different sorts of runners from Persona-Fixers. There is a V-chip with all of this information on it that enemies will drop from time to time. Also, Kass Bad Eye can connect you with some runners.
Don't skip checking the goods sold by the receptionist at the front desk of the VIP rooms. She sells some nice stuff.

Probably the wrong place but my agent ex wearing hardened nano tech ready jaguar armour (all my hired help wear only this) receiving physical damage got terminated in charlesbank when I have 16! Nano ready mwdkits in my inventory.

I think your problem is that Jaguar Armour is not nano-ready.
Mine say:
Jaguar Armour
AzTek Global
B 9
D 6
Dodge -3
Nano-Ready: No
Hard: Yes
-----------
If you want Nano ready armour you either want something out of the Kraken line available from Mars Corp Importers (3 sorts, only one is hard), the Battle Nano Suit from Mars Omni Tech, The G-Mech Nano Suit from Ore-Cal, the much less expensive G-Mech from Alameda research, NanoGuard from AzTek Commerce Center or the Agent DX Suit from Unified Metals Research. Shop around, as the prices for the MIchelin Man suits vary a whole lot for the same sort of protection. I am not sure that I have the cheapest version of all sorts listed.
And if you have found Jaguar Armour that is Nano ready, do let us know where you purchased it.

Ok, I will start an exhaustive search of stores looking for Jaguar Armour that has Nano-Ready: Yes instead of Nano-Ready: No . I don't recall ever seeing any, ever. If you find it again, let me know. All the Jaguar armours I have found so far are not Nano Ready: Yes.

I found the Jaguar NanoGuard at Unified Research in Aztek Global. When I tried it and some nano ready kits on my runners they deployed perfectly. 7.21.
genji88 -- was that the sort of Jaguar you have -- with the Graphic of a Michelin Man Suit? Or the graphic used for the Jaguar Armor -- same as the Hades Hardsuit, Yakashima ExoSuit etc.?
