Hallo, I tried to make a donation, but it redirects me to a "Google Wallet page" ... in GERMAN language. Ok that I live in switzerland, but here we have 3 regions with their own language (ITA, FRA, GER). I understand ITA and ENG, but no german at all !
BTW Do you plan to offer also paypal in the future ?

babau - sorry about the redirection -- that is how Google decided to handle your IP address -- it is nothing that we decided to do. At this time, if you are looking for more varied payment options, then Amazon might offer something. If Google Play starts offering PayPal, then we will be able to provide that option, but until they do it is not something we can add on our own. Thank you for any and all support! babau - I'm sorry! I did not understand your request until Cory corrected me. We get a lot of people asking to buy the games with PayPal through Google Play, which is out of our hands. However, accepting donations through PayPal is something we can control! I have now added two PayPal donation links in the Support Us page! This has never worked for me when I have been in Switzerland, where I am fairly frequently. I always get the German pages, even though I would greatly prefer to get a French, or an English version of everything. And my language is always set to Swedish, but that doesn't mean I get a Swedish version of pages, even pages where I am certain there are Swedish versions available (because that is what I get at home). Google neither understands the idea that countries might have more than one official language, nor the concepts of tourism, and immigration. It's very frustrating for visitors. It must be even more frustrating for the Swiss who have French, Italian or Romansh as their mother tongue. |

All up close and gruesome? I bought CK along with TA about a week after I started ST, and I still haven't begun CK. I love TA as much as ST, though, but it is definitely a different experience. While I can play ST for hours on end, I can feel my bp raise just from 30 minutes in TA. But in a good way. Plus I'd love to see what TA inspires in Rabid's version of the ST universe! |
