Otherwise it is not clear that he is *collecting for the Yakuza*, rather than doing the paying.
Other conversations make this clear, but not if you receive them in the wrong order.
I think it would be good to add something about the Yakuza controlling and maintaining all of the utilities in the NBZ, something that I think they ought to be very proud of. Maintenance costs money, and the Yakuza may actually be putting more back into the NBZ neighbourhoods than the corps, let alone the gangers.
