The Torbin Street Lookout has the icon for 'Connector' on the map. But there is no building there. The 'Southie' lookout -- which is in the Old Waterfront, not Southie has a regular building graphic. But taxiing to it is bugged .. you always get a Dark City Error, as it tries to put you off the edge of the pier.

Also, the dialog box you get there when you walk to the place is slightly too small for the text it contains on my device. The lower case 'p' in 'pollution' has its descender clipped.
