Vchips

Hi I'm just starting CK, playing on easiest level. I completed one package delivery which was cool.

Problem: I've had three different folks offer me vchips but when I look in my pda all I have is the taxi driver. This is regardless of whether I'm at a phone or not. Needless to say it is impossible to get missions when you can't call any contacts. What am I missing?

BTW long time Star Traders player, would love to get into this game but so far just frustrating.

Go to your "carried" equipment screen, find the vchips and use them. That will add them to your contacts.

dwebber - we are hard at work on a tutorial story that should really help walk you through some of the complexities in CK. It's a big game, and can be a bit overwhelming! Stick with us a few weeks and it will be available.
