From my discussion they promote games via a Game-to-Game promotion system. We'd have a button/page in star traders online called "other scoreloop games" that would encourage people to stop playing star traders and go somewhere else (not my favorite idea, but OK.)

ScoreLoop gives you an SDK -- the developer is responsible for doing most of the work in terms of implementing the various features. I can see a number of different features that I'd love to include in a "Star Traders RPG Online"

- Ladders w/ Achievements & Unlocks
- Global Ladders
- Weekly Ladders w/ Map Changes (Team Thulun wins = Takes Cadar Territory in the Frontier)
- Saved Game Exchange (Check Out My Captain & Try To Survive This Nightmare)
- Player to Player Ship Sales
- Achievements
- In-Game Faction Content / Faction News Feed
- Social Network Integration
- Post Online Awards, Captains for "Player Ladder"

ST RPG is trying to get me fired
