This release is focused on improving the UI and performance for tablets (and phones too.)
If you use a large screen device, I would love to hear your feedback. This one took a lot of work and even more testing.
I'd say we are about 50% of the way to where I'd like to be for Tablets, catching back up with the iPad version of the UI for Android large-screens.
Feedback and suggestions always welcome.

Does that haveanything to do with the water display bug where it says on the status that I consume 2 or 3 units during red sectors more than actuality?

No, that logcat showed that you had space accidents and the math all lines up. This report is just misunderstanding the fuel use and the floating point fuel use vs. whole number cargo hold. This change simplifies the "Fuel Report" page so it shows Y.XX instead of Y.XXX it seems that most people think displaying thousands of a fuel unit is over kill and thus, I removed it.

Well at least you know what the problem is, so you can fix it in a future release. Also, while we're on the topic of bugs, do you know why nothing comes up when I end a shortage/surplus or why when I get looted it doesn't pop up what was looted? I dont remember if I sent you a log on that. If not, I can easily do so.

I think there is just a misunderstanding about the rules. Happy to discuss how fuel use varies based on space accidents and how leftover fuel works. Say you have 2.1 units of fuel, your Cargo will say 2 units and you use 0.7 units. You'll have 1.4 units, but your Cargo will say 1 units. Then if you use another 0.7 units you'll have 0.7 units, and your Cargo will say 0 units. You can still use another 0.7 units and your Cargo will still say 0 units, but you're not loosing Morale yet. The issue with Toasts on your device and Android OS seems to be impossible to reproduce on any of our test devices, so we have it on the list but any change I make will just be random guessing and is liable to introduce more problems than it solves. Since the log you send will say something like "Displaying Notifications" and you will report that you didn't notice them on the screen it won't really get us any closer to fix. It is on the list, we're watching carefully for more reports and testing to make sure ALL notifications work on devices Android 1.6 to 4.2 with each release. Haven't seen one go missing yet!

starfixer -- thanks a bunch for the bug reports with the sound issues (found & fixed) as well as the problems with the stats display for starting ships being out of date. Those will both be corrected in the next release. Really appreciate your attention to detail!

The cargo hold display wasn't the problem. It was on the status, saying I consume 6.3 units/red sector when its really 3.3/red sector. Glad you found the problem for the sound/starting ship stats. Happy to help

And in testing I found 2 other places where the back button, or a combination of navigation forward/back and then back button caused the music player to stop.

Also, when it goes from the orbit screen (blockade, sureillance, urban) to battle, after the battle is over and I return to the orbit screen the battle music will countinue playing. And then iwhen ts done playing there's silence.
Don't do anything for the diplay problem if its got a greater chance of making errors than fixing them. Besides, its not that big of a deal. What really would be awsome is if that stacked mutiny problem was fixed. Then I could blockade to heaven withut having to wory about getting 0 health from blocking a few extra times.

We've coded six different types of button mashing defenses -- none of them work on your phone, but we have covered all of the test devices we have.
I will be adding an Option to force a dialog prompt for Blockading to cover the remaining devices -- so you can turn that on to protect yourself from the OS queuing the blockade events and triggering the issue in the game.
