Not sure if this can be done but what about a go under the knife again option? Like lets say you update to a new version but your character is from 3 versions back. I know I know, make a new character but what about a option for a certain price to go back under? Could also be useful for lets say if someone is just doing really bad and needs a way out? I'm not sure what the purpose of this would be. Are you suggesting that a character "go back under the knife" to start as a new Cyber Knight? If they lose all their experience and items in the process, how is that different from starting a new character? And if they don't lose all their experience and items, why would they be doing training again? Can you explain what you mean?

I was trying to think of a way to introduce a character back into the tunnels, but thats been mentioned elsewhere and another option like ones given besides this is probably better.

I like the walls and that it takes some time and care to get around the NBZ, any plans to add more doors/gates that might tie in with a tutorial or intro to maglocks or using false identification to bypass them?

malekar - we are looking at doors, gates, maglocks, hackers and Agentex special powers. But its all little farther down the road. Right now the tutorial story bugs and updates are eating all the CK hours!

I think that Fredreic Flynn's advice that you can hire a martial artist to pummel your capture targets is misplaced. It sounds like a martial artist equipped only with starting equipment would be a good pummeller, and actually she will kill your target a whole lot. Also, unless you are playing Female 2, which you cannot be in the tutorial, there is no reason that you cannot wear the cyan glove and do the pumelling. If your brawling is 2 or worse, it will take a few rounds, but the target isn't going anywhere. And, in the tunnels, that is precisely what you should do -- go get a cyan glove from Black Row, and then use it when necessary. So my gunslinger right now takes care of all the Los V guards, and then puts on his cyan glove and finishes off the target. So the really useful advice is not 'get a martial artist' but 'get a cyan glove'. Indeed, the bulk of what makes a martial artist a great Ally is that she can use the cyan glove. And she is the only Runner that can. Otherwise, a plain old Fennian Cybersword Thug would be every bit as good once you had some training put into him. (And, well, the art for the martial artist is awesome. But if she was rotten in a fight, we wouldn't hire her for the art alone.) I have been using the shock glove, since it has a high speed rating so my brawl is low but a get a bunch of swings with it. It has been pretty affective and not just for capture missions, I carry one gun with only 5 rounds, usually enemies are nearby as I run outta ammo and on soft targets and some drones it is very effective. The team takes car of the rest, which usually gives me time to reload. Just out of curiosity how many Allys do you have and what skills?

That last question would best be done in a separate thread in the main forum.

Can we add a entry in the pda for going to get cab contact after exiting tunnels after you talk to the npc that mentions it? I finally found the right place with help from the board but dying and running around trying to get back to the spot can be a pain. malekar - I will make sure the next release lodges an entry in the PDA. Sorry about that! 0.9.11 still no note from Moxa about where to meet her in Downtown Gateway.

Faction Cop - the other unique Runner that you can get during the story will shortly appear as her own Cyber Knight for Elite players. Her...you mean yet another lovely and ruthless android will be appearing in a zone near you?how absolutely wonderful.

I was thinking wouldn't a Digital File given by the clinic when you first start explaining what each attribute does and a 2nd file explaining skills be helpful? Reason i suggest 2 files is some people may know a lot about 1 subject and not so much about another and giving them the option to trash it, also to reduce having 1 really long file.

The story idea I have is that having your brain opened up like that, and all things wired through your quantum crypto chip has resulted in severe proprioceptual difficulties. SO you are going to have to learn to operate your own body again. It will explain why your skills are so horribly, dreadfully poor ... though you may have memories of being able to fire a gun and hit what you aim at.

I have a great story suggestion. once your character reaches Mars corporation you should include a special doctor or random character, that you can pay to have your skill sets reallocated. Price should range in the 50k - 100k and be limited to only resetting skills not attributes. It would open up a whole new world of possibilities, for example if a person has been having a hard time completing one kind of particular set of contracts like negotiation or what ever the case may be. That person could then reset or reallocate their skills to better suit the needs at that time in the game? Ok maybe I was a bit high on the price, maybe 25k - 50k would make it more enticing.

I would really like it if you would create a female for Made Not Born because even when I am no longer a newbie, I would like beginning this way in order to earn Yen, rep, runners, gear, medkits and so forth before starting out in NBZ so its not so hard once getting there. But if I do this as things are now, I wouldn't ever get to play a female, which is my strong preference. I don't think it would take much work to accomplish this since everything would be the same except the image, and you already have a female image created for NBZ. Pretty please? I bet there are others who would like this, too.
Thanks for your consideration
