What is a flagship and what does it do?

I like the new rank bonuses. Especially for trade embargoes. Maybe we can see some more in the future?

Also, do you think when you make new ships you can post under the update the stats? So it would look like this:

- New ship: Alien Slayer (hull 60 armor 120 engines 130 sails 140 crew 500 cargo 300 guns 100 torpedos 50)

Is this a new description for the game? If so, there are a few tweaks I would suggest to make it sound better:

'Take command of your starcraft -- explore, battle and trade across the vast Quadrant. Immerse yourself in a vast and dynamic universe that is both exciting and unpredictable, ensuring that every game is unique. Hero or villain, assassin or trader, explorer or smuggler, chose your path and make your stand. The quadrant is full of betrayal, commerce and war -- will you bring it together or tear it apart?'

Is the Rank 18 bonus regarding trade wars or trade embargos? What does it mean that it Ignores the penalties?

Also, you guys are awesome. The game is great, the updates make it awesome.

If you have Rank 18, you will not loose Reputation for making Trades under a Trade Embargo.

The game will display "Our Military Rank has protected us from the penalties." so you know that it has kicked in.

So if Steel Song and Thulun are in a Trade Embargo, and you are Rank 18 with Thulun, you can buy at the Steel Song Exchange without Penalty. If you buy at the Thulun Exchange, Steel Song will still penalize you.

That's a HUGE bonus. Definetly makes high rank worthwhile.

This update just cost me over 2 million credits in rank with all factions, new ships and upgrades.

Sweet! So now I just need to have a high rank with Rychart, since they're usually the one in trade embargos with everyone else! ;D

The faction flagships are around the same league as the Jango class, but a little better. They cost around 600,000 credits.
