I backed heroes of steel, and honestly after all the begging and endless spamming of the game,I don't even care if I play it or not anymore.I hope you guys hire some additional staff because to let your current existing games suffer for the sake of one game is not good business strategy.if you are seriously serious about becoming 100% game developers, then you will have to bring in more talent.that or ship half baked games because your vision exceeds your capabilities. TravisB I get your frustration. It does seem like HoS has really been pushed lately. And if, like me, Fantasy RPG is not your favorite genre it's hard to get super-excited about it. At the same time I know that there is a time and season where you have to do stuff to get things off the ground and TB needs to keep going forward and chasing their dreams of making the games they want to make. My guess is that Cory and Andrew would probably like to be doing things other than raising funds and being HoS evangelists (such as actually making the game), but they have to be their own cheerleaders for awhile. Like most quadrant conflicts this too will pass. I do have to say though that I haven't noticed a drop in support of TB's current games during this period, and I've wondered if the TB's aren't ruining their health and eyesight keeping too many balls in the air. But that is really their business and I won't get angry at them for what they chose to do there. I also hope that they are planning out TB's development map like they carefully plan out their game maps, including such things as eventually quitting their day-jobs and/or making a hire or two. I don't want to see them burn-out fast and bright, but then again, that is more of their business than mine.

Thanks to everyone for the support. The KickStarter only has 9 days to go, so it will end. We have definitely had a lot less sleep these 21 days, so we too are looking forward to a successful and exciting conclusion!
Both Cory and I appreciate the understanding and the assistance. As noted, we are still hammering out updates at our normal pace. And yes: we are planning, scheming, and mapping.

Faction Cop - sorry that we are spamming Heroes of Steel. And thank you for supporting us anyway! There is a short timeline on a KickStarter project so we really only have a limited window to be successful. I hope you can understand that we are trying to reach a wider audience (we have 215 backers). Please note that we have also kept the to the normal update schedule for all other Trese Brothers games during KickStarter. It's extra hours, not ignoring the other games. Sorry that at the end of the day, you aren't happy with the gaming experience. It ain't for lack of trying on our part Its not you guys.I'm happy to support you.I just don't want you to overextended yourselves and have the games suffer.in the end its all about the fun and the games.leave the money and greed to the big corporations.that's all I'm saying.

Faction Cop Sorry that you feel that way. I think once you have something to actually play you'll see how amazing it really is. As for the maintaining of the other games during HoS, I don't see this as a problem as it hasn't been one yet with a total of 3 games out at once. To each his own tho... Sorry you're not as interested or excited about HoS as some of us are. I'm sure your favorite TB game will still get updates.

Sock Puppet Cheer!!! It's not greed - it's really a need, A passion driven by the Brothers Trese! They're not trying to get filthy rich or dazzled by fame, They just want funds to produce a kick-ass game!
Rest assured they will keep polishing TA, CK and ST Their strive for perfection will not leave "good enough" be. So please fund them - you won't be disappointed You'll find Heroes of Steel will be Game of the Year Anointed

Well I joined up to your forums finally. Been playing your games since I found them and have always meant to join up with your community. Because of the kickstarter I finally decided to do it, proud to back your project and I hope you guys can meet the stretch goals! I pitched in my $100 and am shilling to all of my friends.
To put in my 2 cents, I don't mind the evangelizing. You guys are doing a great job to get word out to your players. I think I can speak for a large portion of your player base when I say that I'm more than happy to irritate all my buddies about your work. You guys put in an amazing amount of effort into keeping your projects running, and the pace at which you update your games and add new content is amazing. I wish there was something I could do to help you guys, but I know nothing.
One small question.. I live in South Korea and the amount of people that use Android phones over here is staggering. Have you guys considered translating your game(s) into Korean? I obviously can't guarantee that you would get any extra business, but Koreans use their smart phones for everything and I see hundreds of people every day playing games on their phones in the subway/coffee shops/buses.
