I want a memory handling chip or something like that. So that I can choose which to remember or forget.

Hmm.
I would only accept a chip in my head if it helped me improve my cognitive mental abilities.
Memory. Logic.
I dislike forgetting things. I dislike having to study the same material twice, because I forgot it after my first time going through it, even if it was years ago. I truly want to remember.
On the other hand, a chip that helps you remember also means there might be a chip that ... makes you forget. That is mind control in its most powerful and complete form.
