I aimed for -- Rumor text 100% now states if it is Rumor or Faction.
If the Rumor lists a Faction name, it's a faction rumor.
If the Rumor lists a Region name, it's a region rumor.
I tried to fix the rumor text grammar, it was pretty ugly.
It is an improvement across 30 or so different files ... hopefully progress!
