Heh, you're going to either love or hate what I'm going to do with Stryker. Notice he hasn't been in any of the last half a dozen posts.
What ... has he been doing? (mysterious music).

I love what you've done already - if statistics is anything to go by, this will be the same. And the back of my mind was wondering what Stryker was getting up to while the other guys were off fighting, and then I got to thinking up ways to hack semi-sentient AI, and then I was trying to create one.

Wow...You weren't sure whether I was going to love or hate this? With that intro, you could do anything and it'd be awesome.

So, I am close to finishing Part II of Cerberus. I have decided that Part III is too complex to be joined with Part II. It will have its own story line.
Topics to be addressed:
1. Diana's brother 2. What did Travis find? 3. XXXXXXX (only after the next story post)
Once I am done with part II, I will take a break until late October, early November. Since this was the original time table for me because of work, it just works out to take time and hash out outline details properly.
I am going to go back into the Cerberus storyline and try to stamp out inconsistencies. One glaring inconsistency, that's always pricked at me, is detecting Cyber Knights.
I give up. The reasons, I invented, to try to explain the particular CK game mechanic, that causes everyone to know if someone is a CK, is forcing me to 'suspend my disbelief' way too much. I'm scraping that out. Some things are just game mechanics and have no business in a story.

Well, if their DV is 0, they're classed as humans. Right? So, as long as the DV is 0,they're Humans, and should be treated as such. Maybe a thing to consider, Cory Trese? I'm Max Mercer, more Metal than Man

Reading a memo I picked up from some dead Mars guys, it said you could immediately tell a person is a Cyber Knight by the fact that they've got a row of nanotubes on their neck, behind their ear and in their eyebrows.

Lolfu?!! Which Squad dropped that file?! And they've got to be augmented, correct? Otherwise, these enchantments aren't given so none leg noone can see em, right? Logic always wins. It was in the loot of a load of Mars guys that tried to jump me - it was meant to be a confidential memo to Connectors, but death is a big problem to couriers. Anyway, the files says that I just can't see the use of a CK if they can be so easily detectable. If it were me, I'd avoid CKs like the plague if I wanted anything done. Knowledge is power, and since CKs are so easy to spot, highly illegal, AND rare ... why risk it? Heck, I'd pay people just to watch the CKs and see who's dealing with them. Since they so easy to spot, I wouldn't even need to follow them. I'd just put them in a few clubs and keep a tally. So, "shrug" I'm changing that aspect in Cerberus once this arc is done. Its a minor detail, but its always rubbed me the wrong way. Anyways. On with the show rabid

It is done. Part II is finished. There are many topics left to discuss so (copy pasting from previous post) let's see what plots and subplots are still open Topics to be addressed: 1. Diana's brother 2. What did Travis find? 3. The Creator 4. The future of Nishigumi Akira and Javat Dean Stryker 5. Hendrick. Should he be involved? (Under consideration) If you think I've left something out, feel free to remind me. I'm human (mostly). I forget stuff In this arc I gave a lot of thought to killing: Travis, Veronica, Fifi, Jena, Diana, Luca, Ebram and even Cerberus. Stryker is already too fracked up for me to kill. He's suffering from ALS. That's enough of a tragedy. Which character would YOU get rid off, and why? As an amateur writer, I'm honestly interested. Heck, I'll even give you my initial inclinations. 1. Fifi 2. Travis 3. Veronica 4. Luca 5. Jena 6. Ebram 7. Cerberus 8. Diana Rabidbite
